Rhythm, motivation, team spirit, outdoor experience on the water... just a few keywords that are associated with the dragon boat.
First, participants are introduced to the handling and the technique to control these elegant long boats. Subsequently, a half-hourly practice is scheduled. Of course, breaks to relax
are included. Finally, two to three races are planned. Each team appoints a coxswain (captain) and a drummer.
